Where are your products made?

Every product from Travel Cheetah is made to order. All of our products are designed, printed and shipped directly from facilities in the U.S. This way, you get a freshly made piece while we reduce waste.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 2–3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, so your order will arrive within 10 business days. Please allow 2-3 extra business days for shipments to AK, HI, and PR. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey (almost as fun as checking flight updates ✈️).

What’s your return and exchange policy?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, please contact us at support@travelcheetahshop.com within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Please be ready to provide your order number and pictures that show what's wrong with your purchased item.

Since each item is made to order specifically for you as we're on mission to reduce waste, we don’t keep inventory and don't offer returns for change of mind.

How do I choose the right size?

All our apparel is unisex fit – slightly roomier than a women’s slim cut, but not boxy. All our clothing comes pre-shrunk. That said, 100% cotton shirts may still shrink ¼ - ½ of a size. Cotton blend clothing may shrink up to ¼ of a size.

  • Prefer relaxed fit? Consider sizing up.
  • In between sizes? We recommend sizing up.

A size chart is available on each product page to help you pick the best fit. Alternatively, measure your favorite tee, compare to the measurements in the size chart, and go off that.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! Sustainability is important to us. Our shirts are made from sustainably grown high-quality cotton and cotton blends. Designs are printed with water-based pigment inks that are OECO-TEX certified. Because each item is made only when the order is placed, we reduce excess production and waste.

Can I customize a design?

Right now, we don’t offer one-off customizations, but we love hearing new ideas! If you’ve got a phrase, destination, or travel vibe you’d like to see, drop us a line - we may turn it into a future design.
